By watching the IDEO deep dive video, I learned that it takes a lot more process and thought into inventing or even reinventing something. There are many ways to go about starting this process and the IDEO video mentioned and showed examples of quite a few.
The visual writing handout taught me of how to start mapping out my large amount of ideas I have for a specific project.
